Employer Branding Intern will be an integral part of the team to fulfill our vision of simplifying the daily work of F&B business owners.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing recruitment strategy, especially in software development

  • Build internal cohesion among members in the company

  • Build relationships with domestic and foreign universities/academies to promote recruitment

  • Build content on recruitment-related social networking platforms like Linkedin/Facebook

  • Calculate salary and incentive

 

Requirements:

  • Digital savviness and basic business acumen.

  • Voracious learner.

  • Some experience with copy writing.

  • Project management skills (goal setting, time management, stakeholder management, communication)

  • Attention to detail

  • Eagerness to learn and good work ethics, commit at least 20 hours per week.

  • Strong teamwork and time-management skills due to the team being stretched on different time zones (North America, Vietnam, East Asia).
