Employer Branding Intern will be an integral part of the team to fulfill our vision of simplifying the daily work of F&B business owners.
Responsibilities:

Developing recruitment strategy, especially in software development

Build internal cohesion among members in the company

Build relationships with domestic and foreign universities/academies to promote recruitment

Build content on recruitment-related social networking platforms like Linkedin/Facebook
-
Calculate salary and incentive
Requirements:
-
Digital savviness and basic business acumen.
-
Voracious learner.
-
Some experience with copy writing.
-
Project management skills (goal setting, time management, stakeholder management, communication)

Attention to detail

Eagerness to learn and good work ethics, commit at least 20 hours per week.

Strong teamwork and time-management skills due to the team being stretched on different time zones (North America, Vietnam, East Asia).
